Central Air conditioning and Earth Day

Earth Day is just around the corner! April 22, 2010

Looking out the window in grammar school daydreaming thinking about what life will be like when I,m 24 years old? Everyone at some point has thought about that question when they were young, maybe with different ages in the daydream.

I remember in 3 grade thinking about that, the year was 1968, the Vietnam war was in full stride, many of our friends and family members were being killed in action, my uncle was a seal in Nam, I remember the peace signs and free love everywhere and the coffee houses and the beatniks, back then you would have never thought that because of the human lack of responsibility that the atmosphere would be in this bad of shape (so the government says). The same goes for smoking, the general public did not think about smoke and second hand smoke and the havoc smoking created.  I don’t believe our bodies were designed  to ingest smoke. However Honeywell electronic air cleaners have been designed to eliminate smoke odors and any other micro-bacterial germs. Along with  Honeywell ultra violet lights, 99.9% clean air effects can be achieved.

The point of this articles is that my thoughts of old and and the times of new came to fruition. As a older man how ironic that I would be doing my part to help the fight against global warming by entering the green zone.

Central air conditioning and Earth Day should should be  taken seriously and the day of  awareness and should be of importance to all people globally.  And all of humanity can particapate  in protecting the Earth’s Atmosphere by purchasing high efficient furnaces and air conditioning systems.

If your not a believer in the Green movement then at the very least have your air conditioning systems cleaned and tuned up. And if you need freon that means you have a leak and you should considering repair the freon leak instead of just adding refrigerants.  EPA says it is the law to repair your freon leak issues.
